Shipping and customs duties are free of charge, regardless of country or region, as we are responsible for all shipping costs.
Estimated delivery time
Standard items: 5-10 business days from the date of order.
Pre-order items: 15-20 business days from the date of order.

*Shipping to the United States will take approximately 3-5 business days in addition to the business days listed above.
*Please note that the date and time for both regular and pre-order items are approximate and may be later than the above date and time. Please understand that we are unable to cancel in such cases.
*Regarding production, we will provide you with an approximate guideline. Even for pre-order items, the delivery time may be longer than the estimated delivery time.
*All products undergo a two-stage inspection before being shipped, and if they do not meet our standards during inspection, we will replace the product or re-inspect it. Therefore, if a defective part is found, the shipment and arrival will take longer than usual.
*Please understand in advance that we may take longer than usual depending on traffic conditions or when orders are concentrated.
*If it is unavoidable that it will take much longer than planned due to traffic conditions or other factors, we will notify you by email. Please note that in recent years, the situation has become unstable due to epidemics and other outbreaks, so cancellations cannot be made.
*If the product is out of storage, it will be discarded. We will not be able to reship, refund, or deliver a replacement product. We recommend that you contact the delivery company in case of long-term absence.
*Please note that we are unable to specify the date of arrival due to international airmail delivery from overseas warehouses.
Warranty for transportation
We do not provide coverage for lost or stolen items. All purchased items have a tracking number so that you can check the location of your item on the website provided by each shipping company. Also, please rest assured that we will compensate you for any loss caused by our company.
